Pickup & drop-off points
Koh Touch Pier: Pickup 1:00 PM, drop-off 8:00 PM. Meet at Koh Touch Pier and confirm the exact boarding point with the crew.
Koh Rong 3 Houses: Pickup 1:15 PM (est.), drop-off 7:45 PM (est.). Confirm the meeting point with the crew.
Koh Rong Long Set Pier: Pickup 1:30 PM (est.), drop-off 7:30 PM (est.). Meet at Long Set Pier and confirm the exact boarding point with the crew.
Safety: Stay on board while the boat is moving or not parked. Life jackets are mandatory for everyone in the water at night, regardless of swimming ability. During daytime swims at a parked stop, life jackets are recommended.
Booking terms: Website payment is required for paid online bookings; a payment gateway is not yet connected. Cash is accepted at the pier, subject to availability. Ask the booking team about refunds or cancellations.

Activity timings are estimates, not fixed appointments. Stops and order may change according to the captain, weather and conditions. Life jackets are mandatory for everyone swimming at night.
